Authenticom’s company mascot, a dog named “Tut”, went wild and mauled several Authenticom employees on Tuesday. The dog, whose owner is a Senior Vice President at the company, was brought into the work environment to “perk up the place”. According to eye witnesses, at some point the dog “sensed fear” in a group of employees who are responsible for building the company’s software products. The dog then proceeded to bite and rip various limbs from the startled and dumbfounded employees. Three people were hospitalized.

The facility manager, wishing to remain anonymous, was quoted as saying, “While I really like dogs, I’ve made it as clear as possible that animals are not allowed in the work place.” That message went unheeded on Tuesday.

Authenticom employees interviewed for this article also believe Tut was brought in to help clean up after his master, who is known for leaving trails of food in the office.
